About Delugs

A Strap Specialist, Not a General Store

Founded in Singapore, Delugs is dedicated to elevating watch ownership through the simple yet powerful act of strap changing. We believe straps are how a timepiece is worn, perceived, and enjoyed — and our mission is to make strap changing a lifestyle.

We work closely with watch brands to craft straps that complement their timepieces, and our direct-to-consumer focus keeps us closely connected with the watch enthusiast community. Each leather strap takes 4–6 hours to handcraft; our rubber straps are precision-moulded from FKM rubber.

About the Watch

A beautiful watch. With nowhere to wear it.

On 16 May 2026, Swatch and Audemars Piguet released the Royal Pop — a pop-art reimagining of the Royal Oak as a convertible pocket watch. Eight pocket watches in two case styles: six Lépine (crown at 12) and two Savonette (crown at 3, with small seconds). Each in a different bioceramic colorway, with petite tapisserie dials, the iconic Royal Oak octagonal bezel, and a Sistem51 hand-wound mechanical movement. Priced at USD 400–420.

Available 16 May 2026 at selected Swatch boutiques. One watch per person, per day, per store.

The catch: it is not a wristwatch. It ships with a calfskin lanyard, a clip holder, and a desk stand. To wear it, you put it in your pocket.

For most collectors, that is not enough. A Royal Oak belongs as a wristwatch — that's the whole point. The question on every forum, in every group chat, in every comment section the moment this launched: how do I wear this as a wristwatch?

Questions

Frequently asked.

Can I order now, or is this a pre-order?
The watches are ready and available to order right now. We don't do pre-orders and empty promises — everything you see is in our workshop, ready to ship.
Are you modifying an original watch? Does it damage the case?
Yes, we take an original AP × Swatch and fully rework it into a wristwatch format. But there's no butchery involved — no drilling, no glue, no permanent damage to the case. Our method is reversible and non-destructive. We respect the original and treat it like a collectible piece.
Is this an official Swatch or Audemars Piguet product?
No. We are an independent watch workshop specializing in custom projects. Our watches are modified originals, not factory products from the brands. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sold through Swatch or Audemars Piguet.
What makes you any different from other custom workshops?
We don't just slap a strap on with an adapter. We've been deep in watch customization for years and obsess over every detail: on-wrist fit, flawless stitching, clean edge finishing. Each project is engineering work — not a garage mod. Hundreds of clients around the world already wear our watches.
Are all colorways available?
Yes, all 8 original color variants are available in our catalog. But keep in mind: we work with original watches, we don't manufacture them ourselves. Every version is limited in quantity — when a batch sells out, we can't always restock quickly.
How much does it cost?
Our custom watches start at 650 USD. The final price depends on the complexity of the specific model and your chosen strap materials. You'll see the exact price for your configuration at checkout.
